Bylaw Changes
At the Annual Meeting, the CAGCS will vote on the proposed bylaw changes (highlighted in yellow).
As an affiliated chapter of GCSAA we are required to match their bylaws (GCSAA’s). We need to change the deliniation of Superintendent Member (SM) back to Class B by the end of this year as required by our affiliation agreement. If you have any questions, please contact me. Thank you, Luke Cella.
