Event Cancellation Policy

Event registration fees will be refunded when cancellation is made 48 hours (two days) before the event day. Refunds or future event credits will not be available for registrants after this time.  Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone: 630-685-2420.  

“No shows” will not receive any refund or future meeting credit. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

Registrations made within 48 hours of the beginning of the event day are non-refundable and may be subject to a late registration fee.
